Returns & Exchanges Policy – Sariyya
• Partial returns are not accepted. Orders must be returned in full if returned.
Customers may request a return or exchange within 14 days from the delivery date.
Exchange Policy
• Exchange requests must be submitted online only through the Sariyya website within 14 days of delivery.
Returns & Refunds Policy
• All return requests must be submitted online only via the Sariyya website.
Once a return request is approved:
• Pickup will be scheduled within 48–72 hours.
• Returned items will be inspected upon arrival at the Sariyya warehouse.
• Refunds will be processed within up to 14 days after the item passes inspection.
Return & Exchange Conditions
• Items must be in their original condition, unused, and undamaged
• All original tags must be attached
• Sariyya reserves the right to approve or reject any return or exchange based on item condition
• Customers are responsible for all shipping fees related to approved returns or exchanges
